Step 2: Email Template Design

Your Branding Support Representative will work with you to design an effective template that complements your brand. Drafts of the design will be emailed to you to ensure we are on the right track in designing your template. We may request copies of your logo, personal photo and other elements, but don’t worry if you do not have these as in most cases we can get them from your web site or deal with the appropriate supplier such as your web designer. When your template is complete we will have you send a test email to the Branding Support Rep with a copy to yourself to ensure it meets with your approval.

Step 3: Start Sending Branded Emails

Your Branding Support Rep will guide you over the phone in minutes on how to use your new template and will email you a simple one page instruction sheet for your reference.
