We like to describe the inboxFX solution as “in-flight" branding as the template is added to your email after you have hit the Send button and before it arrives at the recipient’s email inbox.  By changing your Outgoing Mail Server to our server we automatically wrap your email in your stationery and deliver it instantaneously.

Using the inboxFX SMTP mail server as your outgoing mail server all your emails are dynamically wrapped with your customized template. You always have the option of sending a plain text email at any time if you wish. As the email is opened, pictures and graphics are then displayed dynamically as part of the email.

Unlike software applications like a Word Processor or Spreadsheet that reside on your computer, inboxFX is a web-based application and no software is transferred to your computer at any time. That is why you can also use the service from any computer or wireless device, from anywhere in the world to anyone in the world.  If you are a Realtor you can even send branded emails from your MLS.

For Webmail Users it is as Simple as Typing .inboxfx.com

If you use webmail programs such as Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail or any other web-based service for your email you simply add the inboxFX extension to any email address and your template will be added automatically.

For example if you want to send a branded email to johnandmary@central.comsimply add the .inboxfx.com extension to the end of their email address johnandmary@central.com.inboxfx.com

Once you have registered for the service we will ensure your template is added to every email you add the inboxfx.com extension to.
